Security incident: we discussed current restrictions and implications for employees and will communicate them to the rectorate, plus ask them to communicate information when remote access will be re-enabled
Improving communication: a working group had been installed in January and is working out how to effectively communicate what the works council does and achieves to all employees
Permanent positions: a working group is creating a general poll that includes questions about the situation of fixed-term researchers as a basis to effectively argue the need for permanent positions to the rectorate
Collective agreement: the works council is unhappy with our wage losses due to the ineffective negotiations in December (+1.3% while inflation was 4%), and will follow several strategies to try to renegotiate this
