Here you can see some of our candidates
We represent all the scientific staff – especially Predocs and Postdocs with fixed-term contracts (Univ.Ass. and Proj.Ass.), who need more rights and better representation at TU Wien – but are the vast majority!
We are an open list, mainly founded by members of the Initiative Unterbau TU Wien, a grassroots movement since 2022, fighting for your rights.
We are diverse in age, gender, faculties, and academic positions (most of us have fixed-term contracts!), and we are very committed to making TU Wien a better place for all!
Our 3 most important demands:
1) unlimited contracts if you already fund your own position
2) fair pay for teaching instead of overloading us with work
3) be able to finish your PhD in reasonable time (3-4 years)
VOTE FOR US because we are affected ourselves, so we are the best list to fight for better working conditions in the works council
