Thank you to so many of you for voting for the works council. You managed to increase the turnout from 2020 by more than 200 votes to 765 votes!
In the works council, every single vote counts equally, unlike in the university committees. It is the most democratic official university body. We are very happy to announce that you gave 221 votes to our new list Unterbau-UG, resulting in 7 members in the works council (of 23).

One thing we already achieved is that other lists added our most important demands – unlimited contracts, fair teaching, timely finishing of PhDs, and transparency. So, together we will form a strong works council 2025-2030 that can effectively fight for these demands and, of course, many more improvements!
